Peace n Love family!! Just thought I'd take a moment and reflect. Reflect on change and how change has become my best friend literally y'all. Lol As humans, and I can attest this myself, we don't really like change or things shifting in our lives. Especially if it's a change in a situation that we're comfortable in. A change that is causing us to shift our perspectives and our emotions, changes that break us down, changes that build us up, or changes that we just don't entirely understand.
Just to go a little deeper into this topic, I want to state that we actually create the situations in which we are forced to move, grow, or change position. To understand the fact that we create our own reality, should come the fact that we create our own change as well. So, why do we fight change so much if we are the author of it? I do in fact overstand that a lot of us do not understand this concept for whatever reasons and situations we have been through in our lives, we are led to believe that we are not in control. It is always someone else's fault or decision when it comes to what we find ourselves in. Or out.
I want to state a particular principle of Hermeticism that comes to mind:
Nothing rests; Everything moves; Everything vibrates. This principle embodies the truths that 'nothing rests,' 'everything is in motion,' and 'everything vibrates. ... Between these two, exist infinite manifestations all occurring at varying octaves of vibration, each with their own phenomena.
Simply, NOTHING STANDS STILL. Nothing stays the same. Ever. Lol 😂 I laugh because even I have been a victim of my own mind in thinking all will remain the same, nothing will change, I'm good right here... If I keep doing this, things won't change.... I'll be "stable" forever... And so on. That is the farthest thing from the truth! At least my truth! LOL even when things seem like they were not changing or moving, they were still progressing towards a certain something.
We are ever changing beings which causes our world to be ever changing as well. Individually and collectively. Transformation is always on the tip of the iceberg. Being conscious of the power we have over our own change, allows us to glide gracefully through life. To an alchemist, this means we are literal Transformation Central. Never resting, hypothetically speaking or not. The resistance appears when we go against the grain. When we fight growth and learning and understanding; that it is our immenant goal to overstand and innerstand. Everything that comes our way presents itself for us to learn something new about ourselves, our lives, others, a situation, etc. Especially if the change is moving without us and it seems that we are getting drug behind the vehicle.
Transformation. Embrace it. It's what the Soul wants.
